A very simple, but healthy and delicious recipe. I created this recipe when i started my diet, with taste as well as health in mind. This recipe is in the high end of the calorie scale, so smaller portions is needed for those that only need 300 calories per meal. A very simple, but healthy and delicious recipe. Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, 150 grams

    Salad, 75 grams (any salad you like, i use a pre washed kind that contains several different salads and chopped carrots).

    Pasta, 50 grams (Choose whole grain fiber pasta, for a healthier meal).

    Cashew Nuts, about 2 handfulls

    Jalapeno Pepper, about 1 handfull


Directions

Slice the chicken into dices and add everything else to the mix. Add the pasta after it is done cooking.
