A very simple, but healthy and delicious recipe. I created this recipe when i started my diet, with taste as well as health in mind. Ingredients

Chicken Breast, 150 grams
Salad, 75 grams (any salad you like, i use a pre washed kind that contains several different salads and chopped carrots).
Pasta, 50 grams (Choose whole grain fiber pasta, for a healthier meal).
Cashew Nuts, about 2 handfulls
Jalapeno Pepper, about 1 handfull
Directions
Slice the chicken into dices and add everything else to the mix. Add the pasta after it is done cooking.
