Introduction

Yummy Pumpkin Bars-Bake on a cookie sheet and cut into small portions. You can sneak in any other type of veggie-like carrots or zuchini. Good with our without cream cheese frosting. Ingredients

    4 Eggs
    2 C. Granulated Sugar
    1C. Oil
    2 C. Flour
    1 (16 oz) can of pumpkin
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    2 tsp. Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 C. Raisins
    1 C. Walunts (chopped)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Use either 2 cake pans (2X9X11)or a 1X11X17 cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
