Ingredients

    *Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Blend Lasagna - 9 noodles
    Ground beef, extra lean, 1lbs
    Blue Menu Mushroom & Garlic Pasta Sauce, 1 Jar
    Aylmer Accents Spicy Red Pepper Diced Tomatoes, 540ml can
    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 750 gram container
    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 1.5 cup, shredded
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 2 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10oz)
    1/2 tsp each salt and pepper

Directions

Heat oven to 350F. Brown beef and drain. Prepare noodles as box instructions. Add pasta sauce and diced tomatoes; simmer for 10 min. In a seperate bowl stir cottage cheese, spinach (thawed), parmesan cheese, half the mozzarella eggs (beaten), and salt and pepper. Layer 1/4 meat sauce, noodles, 1/4 meat sauce, 1/2 cheese mixture, noodles and repeat. after all noodles are used top with remaining meat sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil. Bake for 50 min, uncover and bake for 10 more minutes. let stand 10 min before cutting. Serves 12.
