Ingredients

    Kale 2 bunches washed and chopped
    Garlic 5 Cloves chopped
    Veggie Broth 1 carton
    Nutmeg 1 tsp grated
    Black Pepper 1 tsp ground
    Salt to taste
    Cheese 1 oz shredded
    Polenta sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Heat oil in pan and saute garlic for 1 minute. Add chopped kale and broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes. Remove lid and raise heat. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes to reduce and concentrate the liquid.
Bake the polenta for 10 minutes. Turn on broiler and cook polenta until crispy.
