Introduction

This recipe if borrowed from the blog Loves Veggies and Yoga. This is a moist yummy muffin. The original recipe calls for another .25 cups of white sugar which can be omitted if you wish. The protein powder is also optional. I didn't realized how much sugar per serving there was until I calculated it on here. Next time I will try cutting the brown sugar in half and seeing how it works out. If you try it let me know! Enjoy! This recipe if borrowed from the blog Loves Veggies and Yoga.
