Introduction

If you have fresh Rosemary this is a great way to use it in a side dish. If using dried Rosemary use half of the amount listed in the recipe (1 Tbsp) If you have fresh Rosemary this is a great way to use it in a side dish. If using dried Rosemary use half of the amount listed in the recipe (1 Tbsp)

Ingredients

    2 Tbs. Olive Oil
    1 small onion chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbs. Fresh Rosemary, finely minced
    2 15 oz cans of white beans, rinsed and drained
    1 cup water

Directions

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and saute 5 minutes or until onion begins to brown.
Stir in garlic and rosemary and cook 30 seconds or until fragrant.

Add beans and 1 cup of water and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Reduce heat to medium low and simmer 15 minutes or until half of the liquid has evaporated.
