Ingredients

    10 oz.98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
    10 oz. low sodium beef broth
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 tbsp. worchesteshire sauce
    3 lb. eye of round roast
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tbsp. canola or safflower oil
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 small onion, chopped

Directions

Dredge roast in flour and brown in oil. Place in crock pot. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over meat. Cook 3-4 hrs. on high or 6-8 hrs. on low. Good over brown rice or whole-grain noodles (not included in nutritional info). 8 servings.
