Ingredients

    3 potatoes, diced
    1 carrot, sliced thin
    1 can corn
    2 cans minced clams
    2 cups skim milk
    4 tbsp butter

Directions

Cook potaotes and carrots in clam juice plus enough water until tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium heat until butter melts.
Makes 6-8 cup servings
