Ingredients
-
-3 Boneless Chicken Breasts
-1 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
-.5 Cup Parmesan Cheese
-.5 Cup Melted Butter (such as Blue Bonnet Light Margarine)
(May add salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc. as desired)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease large cookie sheet.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
In bowl, mix crumbs, cheese, and any spices desired (we use some salt and pepper). Dip chicken into butter. Allow the butter to drain off, and dip the chicken into the bread crumb mix. Place on pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes, flip the nuggets, and bake about another 25 minutes until slightly crispy.
*The size of your nuggets can cause great variation in the amount of time it should cook.
This recipe makes about 50 nuggets, depending on the size you cut it. The recipe I calculated creates 50 nuggets, with each serving being 5 nuggets.
