    1 lb Ground Beef (extra lean), cooked
    1.25 cup water
    Beef bouillon, 1 cube
    Brown Sugar, 3 Tbs, packed
    Lemon Juice, 3 oz.
    Ginger Snaps (8 cookies), crumbled
    1/4 c raisins


Brown burger, drain well.
Add water, lemon juice & brn sugar; bring to a boil then add ginger snap crumbs & raisins, stirring until sauce thickens. Serve over rice.
