Ingredients

    Coconut mik 3 cans
    Red chile sauce 2 tbs
    Natural Peanut Butter 2 tbs
    Basmati rice 3 cups raw
    yellow onion 1 lg onion
    red peppers 2
    Pineapple chunks 1 can
    Fish sauce 1 tbs
    Sarachi fire sauce to taste
    Mongolian Fire oil to taste
    Potatoes 2-3 large cut up
    Splenda
    Tamarand Sauce 1 tbs
    Boneless Chicken breast 3 breasts

Directions

In Wok: add coconut milk, pepper sauce, fish sauce, tamarand, sarachi and mongolian fire oil. Add Peanut butter. Mix and pt under medium heat, Sweeten to taste. Add chicken, onions, peppers and potatoes. Cook until chicken finished. Add can pineapple with juice. Heat until hot. Serve over basmati rice.
