Introduction

This is a variation of a few recipes put together. This is a variation of a few recipes put together.

Ingredients

    1 Box Ronzoni Jumbo Shells
    2 Cups Precious Ricotta Cheese (Low Fat)
    1.5 Cups Kraft 2% Italian Cheese
    1.5 Cups Tillamook Italian Cheese
    8 tsp Parmesan Cheese
    1/4 Cup Egg Substitute
    1 Egg
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    1 jar Classico Tomato and Basil Sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Boil shells according to package; drain. Combine next 10 ingredients. Mix well. Using a teaspoon fill shells with cheese mixture. Place shells in baking dish prepped with cooking spray. Pour sauce over top. Cover with foil. Bake for 35 minutes.

Makes 8 servings (5 shells each)
