Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb Salmon (skinned) cut into chunks
    1 Safeway Steam-in-a-bag veggie mix: broccoli, peppers, onion, and mushroom
    1 pouch Safeway Organics Thai Jasmine rice (cooked)
    1 tbsp EVOO
    2 tbsp or less Smart Balnace light
    1 large garlic clove
    1/4 cup McCormick



Directions

Steam the veggie per the instructions on the bag. Chop garlic clove and add to heated EVOO and Smart balance. Drain the veggies before adding to oil, bring heat to medium and add Salmon. Cook for about 11 minutes or until fish is done. (You can add lemon pepper and a pinch of salt to taste) Add the Seafood sauce and mix well. Serve over 1/2 to 2/3 cups of Jasmine rice.
