    1 lb. lean lamb cubed (can use chicken or beef)
    2 10oz packages frozen chopped spinach
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 tsp garlic
    1 tsp ginger
    1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
    1/2 tsp red chilli pepper (to taste)
    1/2 tsp turmeric
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 cup water


In a pressure cooker add all the ingredients close the lid and cook under pressure for about 10 min. After the pressure is released open lid and stirring occasionally simmer on medium low heat for another 5-7 min.
