Introduction

Ingredients

Extra Lean Ground Turkey
Chopped red & yellow bell peppers
Chopped mushrooms
Chopped onions
1 Tbsp EVOO
1 fresh egg
1 serving egg whites
Whole Wheat Tortilla
Grated Cheddarjack Cheese
Directions
Dice bell peppers, onion & mushrooms and cook on medium heat in 1 TBSP EVOO for approx 3-4 min's.
In separate non-stick pan brown the ground turkey. When turkey is browned, add the cooked veggies in with the turkey meat.
Combine 1 fresh egg with one serving of egg whites & whisk until blended. Cook in remaining EVOO left from sauteing your veggies.
When eggs are finished cooking add into your meat & veggies pan and combine.
Heat the whole wheat tortilla in a warmed iron skillet or over warmed non stick pan until warm on one side. Flip to warm the other side.
Lay the tortilla onto your plate and add the meat, veggie & egg muchaka onto the warmed tortilla. Sprinkle with grated cheese and enjoy!
Season to taste. I added a bit of ketchup to mine before rolling it up. (Not included in nutritional info).
