    Very Good
Started late, so chopped carrots, potatoes very small;sauted onions, celery, garlic to soften. Diced 5 mild Italian turkey sausages into 1/2" slices & browned. Used beef broth, diced whole tomatoes and some water (approx 5 cups liquid in total). Cooked on hi 6 hrs, served with salad/bread. Yummy!! - 10/25/11
