Ingredients

    Saute onion and garlic in 1 tbsp olive oil, remove and add chopped tomato and goat cheese. Stuff the breast with mixture and 5 spinach leaves. Now saute breasts in 1 tbsp olive oil, about 8 minutes per side. While this is cooking, saute remaining spinach in 1 tbsp olive oil.
