Ingredients

    1.5 lbs Chicken breast
    5 c Kitchen Basics Unsalted Chicken Stock
    1- 10 oz bag mixed veggies
    Baby carrots chopped (as much as you prefer)
    .5 bag frozen pearl onions
    1 c diced celery
    1 c diced bell peppers
    1 c yellow squash and zuchinni mix
    .25 c flour
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
    season how ever you like for this I used
    Mr Dash Tomato Basil and Garlic
    Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb
    a little Cayene Pepper
    Mexican Oregano

Directions

Saute celery in 1/2 of oil.
Chop chicken up into bite sized pieced and toss in flour.
Put celery and rest of ingredients in crock pot.
Using the rest of the oil lightly brown chicken on a couple sides. Add to crock pot. Cook on low for about 6 hours
