Introduction

Not especially healthy, but I have had this cake made by my mom, my aunt or my wife since I was10 (hitting 55 this year) for my birthday. Not especially healthy, but I have had this cake made by my mom, my aunt or my wife since I was10 (hitting 55 this year) for my birthday.
Number of Servings: 13

Ingredients

    1 Box White Cake Mix
    1 Box Strawberry Jello (small box)
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup cooking oil
    1/2 cup undrained, thawed frozen strawberries

    Icing: 1 stick margarine (softened); 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, undrained; 16 oz powdered sugar

Directions

Mix all of the cake ingredients together with a mixer. Bake at the time and temperature on the cake mix box.

Icing: Mix together until spreadable consistency; Let cake cool to room temperature and spread icing.

Makes about 13 3"by 3" servings in a 10" by 12" sheet cake pan.
