Ingredients

    16 oz lean ground beef
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    ½ cup drained canned green chilis
    4 T tomato paste
    1 t chili powder
    ½ t ground cumin
    ½ t salt
    ¼ t pepper
    6 oz long grained white rice (2 cups of minute brown works well)
    1 cup frozen corn
    4T chopped onion

Directions

Spray cooking spray; brown ground beef; add all up through pepper….bring to boil and lower heat;

stir in rice, corn, onion and 2 cup +4T of water; cover and simmer until rice is tender about 35 min. (25 min if using minute rice)
