Introduction

I make this with Barilla Plus, add my "secret" cream cheese ingredient... to make it really yummy, crumble some Stacy's garlic and herb pita chips on top and then bake it! Ingredients

    1 box (411 grams) Barilla Plus Elbows
    2 oz block cream cheese
    1.125 cup skim milk
    0.25 cup unbleached flour
    1 bag (2 cups) finely shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions

Make a roux with the milk and a few tablespoons of flour on medium heat. add cheese and mix well until smooth. Mix in with cooked pasta. Place in oven safe dish, and bake on 375 for 10-15 minutes. (add topping of your choice firsts)
