    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    8 oz tomato sauce
    1 egg
    1 c oats
    ketchup

Directions

mix beef, tomato sauce, egg, and oats with hands
form into balls and place in muffin tin
bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
makes approx 8 muffins

    These went over well with my family. I used ground turkey and added a spoonful of dried minced onion for flavor. - 1/16/10
