    Picked-in-the-field strawberries, frozen
    Fresh blueberries
    Organic, low-fat vanilla soy milk
    Milled Flax Seed
    Nonfat Greek Yogurt

Directions

Makes 2- 8 oz beverages; eat with a spoon :-)

Place frozend field strawberries in bottom of blender jar; ad milled flax seed, then soy milk, followed by the remaining ingredients.. Blend until smooth.
