Introduction

This lean, green summer smoothie is a healthy and super refreshing drink that can be made in just a few minutes! I like to mix one up before dinner...the fiber fills you up a bit so you don't eat as much. I like to mix one up before dinner...the fiber fills you up a bit so you don't eat as much.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 long cucumber (or approx 1/2-3/4 cup, diced)
    Juice of 1 lemon
    3 stalks celery
    1 thumb size piece ginger, peeled

Directions

Toss all ingredients in blender and add 1/4 cup water (or pineapple juice for some extra flavor - so yummy!)
Add a few chunks of ice and blend until smoothie consistency.

Pour in a glass and enjoy!
