Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, 1lb
    Apples
    Celery
    Almonds
    Cranberries
    Mayonnaise
    Smucker's Apricot Jam
    Salt
    Lemon Juice
    Garam Masala
    Curry powder
    Ginger Root
    Garlic
    Cilantro

Directions

Cook chicken and chop or shred in to bits. Mix all spices in a bowl together. Add jam and mayo to chicken, then apples, chopped, choice of nut, cranberries or raisins, and finally mix in spices.

I think it should be tasty!
