Ingredients

    College Inn Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 30 cup
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast,
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    meatballs, braised mini, 20 serv.
    Barilla Pastina, 20 oz
    Spinach, frozen, 2-10 oz boxes

Directions

Boil raw chicken in chicken broth for 15 minutes
skim "chicken dirt" off top of broth
shred chicken breasts and return to broth
add celery, carrots and onions, spinach and italian seasoning
boil till veggies are just tender
add mini meatballs and pastina
cook till pasta is done
