Ingredients

    Aquamar Imitation Crab Meat, 1 pkg.
    Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 4 small or 2 large
    Mahatma or Zatarain's 2.5 serving yellow rice pkg
    1 can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
    Garlic powder
    Onion powder
    Pepper
    Tony Chacerie's (spelling?)

    Can serve with a small green salad or black eyed peas also...

Directions

First, defrost chicken breasts, season, & pound out a little. Cut into bites size pieces and cook as usual.
Add in the can of cream of chicken soup and one can on water. Reduce soup down.
Add crab meat.
In a seperate pot, cook yellow rice as directed.

High in carbs, protein, and sodium. Like I said before, you could do just chicken or crab.
