Introduction

Ingredients

1 TBSP. sesame seeds
1/2 TBSP. Vegetable Oil
1/2 TBSP. Sesame Oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
6 cups broccoli, cut into bit size pieces
1/2 cup chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1.Toast sesame seeds in small skillet over med-high heat, stir constantly until lightly toasted. Remove from heat.
2. Warm vegetable oil and sesame oil in large skillet over med-high heat. Add garlic and cook about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add bell pepper and stir.
4. Add broccoli and stir to coat in oil. Cook stirring until slightly softened, about 2 minutes.
5. Pour in broth, bring to simmer. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook until broccoli is tender about 5 minutes. Broccoli will need to be stirred a few times while cooking.
5. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper (if desired).
Makes 4-1 cup servings
