Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cans pinto beans, drained
    2 cans kidney beans, drained
    3 cans no salt tomatoes, undrained
    1 small can black olives, drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 links hot Italian sausage, sliced
    chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper to taste
    jalapeno pepper to taste

Directions

In Dutch oven, cook sausage, onion, garlic, jalapeno pepper and mushrooms until sausage is cooked through, onions are soft and mushrooms have cooked down.

Add spices and stir. Cook 1 minute.

Add canned goods, draining and rinsing beans and olives.
