Ingredients
-
Bisquick, Yellow Cornmeal, Old Fashioned Oatmeal( ground), Egg, Milk Canola Oil, Butter Pam
Directions
I make this in my blender but can be done with a bowl and a wooden spoon. I like to grind up the oatmeal but you can make it with out this step letting the batter sit for about 10 minutes.
Heat waffle iron while making
Mix wet ingredient in blender, dry ones in a bowl. I grind my oatmeal in my blender which has a special blade for grains. Add dry ingredients to the wet and blend.
Spray waffle iron with Butter Flavored Pam, Add a 1/2 cup of batter to iron and cook according to your waffle irons directions.
Serve hot with fruit, lowfat butter and sugar free syrup! I haven't made this with lowfat Bisquick but am sure it would work too! Enjoy.
