Ingredients

* *Dannon all natural non fat yogurt, plain, 4 oz (remove)
* Milk, 2%, .25 cup (remove)
* Granulated Sugar, .25 cup (remove)
* *(C) Vinegar, White (Gr Value), 2 tbsp (remove)
* Orange Juice, 1 fl oz (remove)
* *Poppy seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
* Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
* *Dole Mandarin Oranges, 1 cup (remove)
* Blueberries, fresh, .25 cup (remove)
* Pineapple, fresh, .5 cup, diced (remove)
* Almonds, .5 oz (24 whole kernels) (remove)
* Spinach, fresh, 8 cup (remove)
Directions
Place the yogurt, milk, sugar, vinegar, juice & poppy seeds in a screw-top jar. Shake vigorously until blended. Set aside.
combine the fruit and toasted almonds in a medium bowl and mix well.
Divide the baby spinach evenly among 4 salad plates or bowls. Top each with 1/2 fruit mixture (a little over 1/2 cup each).
Spoon 2 TBS of the dressing over each salad.
Yields: 4 servings of 2.5 cups each
