Ingredients

    Cake, yellow, dry mix, pudding-type, 1 package (18.50 oz) (remove)
    *Peaches, canned, water pack, 1.5 cup, halves or slices (remove)
    Sour Cream, 1 cup (remove)
    Pecans, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Peach Nectar, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
Puree a half of cup of the peaches, slice the rest of the peaches in half and set aside.

Mix the sugar and cinnammon, set aside.

Mix the cake mix, peach puree, peach nectar and sour cream.

Using a 1/4 cup measue, spoon in the batter into a cup cake tin.

Top each cupcake with 2 small peach slices, a sprinkle of cinammon sugar, and a sprinkle of pecans.

Bake for about 20 minutes.

    These cupcakes are AMAZING! They have a slight coffee cake flavor but they're super easy and soooo delicious. I ate 3 last night...UGH. - 1/25/11
