Ingredients

    Finely chop 1 head of brocooli to pea size chunks
    Finely dice 1 6 oz. pkg. mushrooms
    Finely dice 1/2 white onion
    1 trbsp minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Serves 4
Pan fry ingredients in olive oil until seared.
If desired you can stuff tomatoes or bell peppers or put over brown rice.
