Introduction

The protein and healthy fats come from the Greek yogurt/flaxmeal base, but the recipe is easily modified to any fruit flavor you like by changing the fruit or yogurt flavor. Just make sure to use frozen fruit for best texture results. Ingredients

    4 oz (about 1/2 c.) non-fat Greek yogurt (recommend vanilla or honey flavor)
    1 tbsp. flaxmeal (ground flax seed)
    1/2 c. nonfat milk
    1/2 medium, fresh banana, sliced
    4 frozen strawberries
    1/4 c. frozen blueberries (about 20 berries)

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender or Magic Bullet mixer and blend until frozen fruit is pureed. Pour in a tall glass and enjoy!
