Ingredients

    2 med onions, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can (19oz) bean blend
    1 cup cooked rice
    1/2 cup vegetable broth
    Hot sauce, salt, pepper to taste

Directions

Saute onions, garlic over medium high-heat.
Stir until onions begin to brown (5mins)
Add beans, rice, and broth.
Cover and cook 3 minutes.
Add hot sauce to taste.

    Incredible!
    Lovely name. Sounds good but we are not quite sure if it is a side dish or a soup. We think stew/casserole? Possibly to serve with our home made chickpea bread. - 3/26/15
