Ingredients

    1 Package of Adobo Sauce
    16 oz of chicken
    2 cups of broccoli, califlower, and carrots blend or California blend veges
    1 cup of broccoli
    1 cup water
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
    2 tablespoons light butter

Directions

Prepare and marinate meat to specifications on Adobo Sauce packet. Steam vegetables to desired tenderness. Drain veggies add garlic and butter and stir till butter is melted. This goes really well with rice.
