Ingredients

    20oz ground turkey
    2 med. russet potatoes chopped
    1 cup dice onions
    2 clove garlic
    60 oz water
    4-5 t chicken bullion
    75g kale
    season with crush red pepper salt pepper, granulated garlic and a little oregano

Directions

Cook turkey with salt, pepper, granulated garlic and crushed red pepper( I sprinkle the meat lightly) drain and set aside. In pot add water, bullion, onion, garlic and potatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer 20 min or until the potatoes are soft. Add turkey and Kale. Simmer 5 minutes or until kale is cooked to you liking. I add more pepper and crushed red pepper at this time. I like it spicy!
