    *Mayo - PC Blue Menu Light Mayo, 1 tbsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 ounces
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Curry powder, 1 tsp

Directions
