Ingredients

    1 3/4 lbs ground beef
    1/2 c (appx) each green, red, and yellow peppers
    1 can tomatoes and green chillis (Rotel)
    1 can tomato sauce
    spices of your choice

Directions

Crumble, brown, and drain ground beef. Add chopped peppers and rotel tomatoes. Heat until bubbly. Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles.
