Who says you can't eat delicious cooked foods on the Daniel Fast? This oatmeal was great!
Glad I only made one portion, or I might have been tempted to over it!

Ingredients

    Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry), 0.5 cup
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Soy Milk- Silk Unsweetened Soy Beverage, .5 cup (4 fl oz)
    Sweet Cherries, 6 cherry (pitted and sliced)
    Pineapple, fresh, 1 slice, thin (3-1/2" dia x 1/2" thic (cut up)
    Flax seed Ground, .1 teaspoon
    Blue Diamond Whole Natural Almonds (7almonds),crushed
    Pomegranates, 28 grams
    Sea Salt, pinch

Directions

Add oats water pinch salt and milk. Heat to slight boil, lower temp and the rest of the ingredients simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened. Stirring occasionally.

It's also good with a banana added right before you eat it, or add a teaspoon of all natural peanut butter while its simmering!
Just remember to add it to your calories!
Yesterday I made it with (Dole) frozen mango and banana. It was awesome! The pineapple makes it sweet too!
Makes one serving. (It will expand and seem like more than one! YEAH!)
