Ingredients

    Ingredients:
1/3 c. Dannon Light & Fit Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 c. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    2 T. Light Corn Syrup
    1 tsp vanilla flavoring
equivalent 2 eggs - 100% Liquid Egg Whites
    1 c. defatted Soy Flour, 1 cup
    1 Tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 c. Buckwheat
1/2 c. Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1/4 c. Quinoa
    1/2 c. TVP
1 c. Kashi GoLean Original Cereal

Directions

Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately while quinoa cooks according to directions on the stove. When quinoa is done, mix all ingredients together and press into non-stick sprayed glass 9 x 13 pan.

For chewy bars cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. For crispy bars cook at 300 degrees for 40-50 minutes. When done, allow to cool for 10 minutes and cut into bars.

Bars should be refrigerated or frozen and can be wrapped individually for an easy grab and go treat.

The recipe I modified called for 3/4 c. Splenda Brown Sugar blend, but I don't like things too sweet. This recipe can be easily modified with chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruit, cocoa powder and even protein powder.
