Introduction

This is a chicken recipe with a light fry as well as oven bake! Ingredients

    Kosher salt
    Black Pepper
    OldBay (not needed I wanted a new taste)
    Olive oil
    Unsalted whipped butter
    1.47lb of Chicken Tenderloins
    1/3c egg white (-2 large eggs is the equilvalent)
    Bread Crumb-Italian style (didnt have plain around)- You can substitute panko crumbs.

Directions

First rinse off the chicken and place in clean bowl.
Add salt pepper and/or Old bay. Mix by hand. set aside
In 2 seperate bowls put egg whites in 1 and the other w/bread crumbs.
Start to heat a pan with oil and butter- not to burn.
Start to place chicken into egg white, then to breadcrumbs. Add to hot pan, Continue with all pieces. (this package was 12). brown on each side. If you choose not to put in the oven, cover the chicken after 2nd side is browned to cook all the way through.
Place pieces on a flat pan after both sides brownd. Put in oven for 15-20 minutes. plate and ready to eat.
Normally 2 are perfect~
