Ingredients

    Chicken of the Sea, Pink Salmon (6 oz. foil pack)
    Finely diced Red and Yellow Bell Peppers (about 1/2 C total)
    Finely chopped Green Onion (2-3 whole onions w/ greens)
    1 Egg plus 1 Egg White
    Quick Oats (about 1/4-1/3 C)
    Ground Red Pepper, Black Pepper, and Salt (all to taste)

Tips

Calculations account for 1/3 C quick oats. I use my Pampered Chef chopper to make the oatmeal like a coarse flour before mixing it with the salmon.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl, using more/less oatmeal as needed to form patties. Form into two large patties and cook on hot skillet with cooking spray.
