Ingredients
-
Frozen Pineapple Chunks
Frozen Sliced Peaches
Frozen Blueberries
Frozen Mango Chunks
Directions
I personally wait until the fruit is partially thawed, some of you may want to wait until they have totally thawed. I do not recommend doing this while the fruits are frozen, it makes for an unhappy blender.
Measure out 1 cup of each fruit
Measure out 2 servings of Pineapple Juice (of any juice of you liking, V8 Splash Peach Mango makes it super yummy)
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for about 2-3 minutes on the higher setting until smooth or to your desired consistency.
If you'd like to add protein to this smoothie I do it by adding organic yogurt, or greek yogurt. The yogurt makes it even smoother!
Feel free to add other fruits into the mix as well, I like to toss in a banana every once in awhile.
Enjoy!
