Ingredients

    2 C sugar
    1/2 C margarine
    1/2 C applesauce
    1/2 C cocoa powder
    1 t vanilla
    1 C Egg Beaters
    1 C flour
    1/2 t baking powder
    1/2 t salt

Directions

Melt margarine and combine ingredients in the order listed in the ingredients list. (You can also use 1 C margarine instead of the applesauce. Also, 4 large eggs in place of the Egg Beaters) Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
