2.5lb bag Chicken Tenders, no skin (Aldi)
5 Cheese Wedges - Happy Farms Light (Aldi)
20 slices Hillshire Farm Deli Select Smoked Ham
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs - Italian Style (Aldi)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Pound chicken tenders flat.
Spread 1/3 of a cheese wedge onto each tender.
Fold 1 slice of ham in half longways and place on tender.
Roll up (ham inside) and secure with a toothpick.
Pour breadcrumbs on a plate or shallow dish.
Coat chicken in breadcrumbs.
Place on greased or lined baking sheet and bake in 400 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
Makes 20 pcs - 2 pcs per serving. 10 servings.
