Ingredients

    2 14 oz cans black-eyed peas, drained
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Green Bell pepper, chopped
    2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    8 oz. Kraft Free Zesty Italian Dressing


Directions

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Chill in covered bowl 2 hours or longer in refrigerator. Serve with Tortilla chips. Serves 8.

    Very Good
    Made this for New Years Day, instead of using the italian dressing I used red wine vinegar and olive oil with various spices like fresh cilantro and I used a yellow bell pepper too. Next time I think I'll use the dressing as it would be easier! Thanks! - 1/1/09
