Ingredients

    (2) 12oz bags of broccoli slaw
    (1) 12 oz can of crushed tomatoes
    (3) 4oz chicken breasts (cooked and diced)
    (1) 12 oz can of mushrooms
    3/4 or 1 cup of water
    italian seasonings (optional)
    Parmesan cheese (optional- no figured into calorie total)

Directions

Cook the chicken and dice it into small pieces. In a skillet over medium heat, add both bags of broccoli slaw and water. Cook the slaw for about 15-20 minutes or until soft (al dente). (I cooked mine half of the time with a lid on and half with the lid off) When it is cooked down and no standing water remains, add the tomatoes, mushrooms and chicken. (optional- add the italian seasonings) Cook mixture until warm throughout about 5-10 more minutes. Serve with optional parmesan cheese.
