Introduction

For those who don't like tomato sauce, but still want noodles---without the calories of alfredo sauce. For those who don't like tomato sauce, but still want noodles---without the calories of alfredo sauce.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 oz Ronzoni SmartTaste spaghetti noodles
    2 Tbs sour cream
    2 Tbs plain, nonfat yogurt
    1/4 C 1% milkfat cottage cheese
    1/8 C shredded cheese (your choice)
    lemon juice to taste (about 1 tsp)
    salt, chives, other seasonings to taste

Directions

Cook the noodles.
Cream cottage cheese, add to other sauce ingredients.
Combine sauce with noodles until warm.
Put on seasonings-I used sea salt and chives and enjoyed it!

This makes one serving. I'd suggest serving it with a chicken breast on top.
