Ingredients

    12 oz Flat Iron steak
    2 Tablespoons Chili powder
    2 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
    1 Tablespoon ground cumin
    2 teaspoons minced garlic
    2 teaspoons cider vinegar
    1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
     teaspoon ground red pepper (Cayenne)

Directions

Mix all of the seasonings, dry and wet in a small bowl.

Spread the mixture on both sides of the steak. After spreading the seasoning on the steak I like to wrap it in plastic wrap and let it marinate for a hour or so although you can cook it right away.

Cook over a hot grill. A George Forman grill works great if you don't have an outdoor grill.
